Subject Matter
By purchasing a ticket for the ExpoMilhas 2026 event, you (the “Participant”) agree to observe these Terms & Conditions and all regulations published on the official website.

Purchase and Ticket
The purchase shall only be considered valid upon full payment and the issuance of the digital ticket.

Entry and Accreditation
On the day of the event, presentation of the digital ticket and a valid identification document will be required. Entry is subject to verification and compliance with safety and access regulations.

Rules of Conduct
The Participant undertakes to respect the rules of conduct, safety, and good coexistence at the event venue. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse access or remove any person who violates these rules, without the right to a refund.

Cancellation or Postponement
The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, location, or format of the event due to technical, force majeure, or sanitary reasons. In the event of a total cancellation, a refund will be offered according to the policy. In the event of a postponement, tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or losses resulting from participation in or the inability to participate in the event, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Image and Recording Rights
The event may be photographed, filmed, or transmitted. By participating, the Participant authorizes the use of their image for the purpose of promoting the event and future editions, unless otherwise manifested in writing before entering the event.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes, the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of São Paulo/SP-BR, expressly waiving any other.

Intellectual Property
All distributed materials, trademarks, logos, and content are the property of the Organizer or its licensors. Their unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

Changes to the Terms
The Organizer may change these terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website. The version in effect shall be the one available at the time of ticket purchase.
